The founder of Team Hartley is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran with over 20 years of combined military, technical, and civilian project and program management experience. His professional career has included supporting U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force missions and working on complex programs spanning defense systems, aerospace sustainment, information technology, telecommunications, infrastructure, F-35 sustainment, counter-UAS, DevSecOps, and technical modernization efforts.
